well im getting my jerky machine out, ..i didnt get a deer, but a friend of my oldest son did....and buy the way he is not very old, well not very very old. any way with the storm we have had he just dont have time to mess with it. so he gave it to me. well im not a butcher, but i am going to make it all into jerky. all you have to do is cut all the meat up and grind it into deer hamburger. no fancy cuts of meat. then i put all my spices in it and freeze it. then when it gets nasty out side i unfreeze it and run it through my processor. then i get out the jerky machine that indian bought me. it makes ribbon jerky, flat jerky and rolled jerky, from one guater inch to three eights of an inch. and i have this hot sauce i get from wiscosin, it is called ..daves insanity sauce, and if you havent heard of it, it is the hottest stuff in the world. beleave me .and i also have daves death rain....guess what, this is something you want to handle with rubber gloves...if you dont beleave me just ask indian. this is killer stuff. i make jerky hot and not so hot. and a.. kickin hot. and i can make it hotter than that with daves private stock. if you want to know where to get it just give me a jingle. see ya cowboy.
