i played in a band one night at teen town ,it was in independance mo, it was ,,,i think on noland road. the guy that owned the band was rick west, his mom opened it in the sixties, it was across from kentucky fried chickin. he wrote a song called nina marie ,he recorded it but it didnt make it, it was a cool song, his mom gave a 45 rpm record to every one that came in to the dance hall, i have lost contact with him. i would like to have one of his records know. and would like to meet him again, i think he still lives in independance mo. can any of you bloggers help me find him. just tell him MIKE is looking for him. ....and at another blog i will fill you in on brewer and shipply. shiplys dad done our book work at trotters philips sixty six station in raytown mo. it was at ninety fith and raytown road. i was invited over to jam with them, shipplys dad sayed they were going to nashville to make a song......and can you believe it was one toke over the line. man did i miss my calling or what. i was to wrapped up in the honky tonks, i left trotters in the heat of the night, i was in a lot of trouble in kansas city and had to get out. well things happen, see ya ~~~~~~cowboy.
